This is a bit of an oddball casting (metal body + plastic base + smooth rolling rubber tires) - when was the last time someone asked for a 300C diecast car? - that actually has licensing from FCA despite the budget price. It's surprisingly well done with the body colored match details of the SRT8 (this was the muscle car version of the Dodge Charger SRT8 with more luxurious interior and exterior) and looks and feels higher quality than the $8 price would suggest. You can find a full video review on our YouTube channel but I'll summarize my thoughts here (note, I picked up this diecast model from different retailer who already had it in stock).
(PROS)
- High quality paint with detailed SRT8 specific features accurately captured
- Nice headlights and taillights with bulb detailing
- Separate silver exhaust with realistic appearance
- Chrysler logo on steering wheel and SRT8 badges on the front seat
- Licensed model
(CONS)
- N/A
Overall, it's a great model of an interesting but less popular American sedan.
