7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Shipping fee for return will not be covered by Horizon Diecast. The customer is responsible for any shipping fee. Shipping fee for the original order will also not be refunded.
For Preorder items: If the buyer decides to cancel preorder items, a 5% restocking fee will be charged. However, if we decide to cancel an order due to issues on our end, no fees will be charged.
